1. About Chirala Resorts

Chirala Resorts operates an online platform that helps guests discover accommodation and submit or complete bookings for participating resorts, hotels, villas, beach houses and other properties. The accommodation itself is supplied by the relevant property owner or operator.

2. Acceptance of booking terms

By using the website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms together with the booking conditions, cancellation rules, refund policy and property-specific information presented during the booking process.

3. Booking information

You are responsible for providing accurate guest, contact, date and occupancy information. A booking may be affected if incorrect information is supplied or if the requested occupancy exceeds the property's permitted limits.

4. Availability and reservation holds

Availability can change while a booking is being completed. A room may be held temporarily during payment or confirmation. If payment is not completed within the applicable hold period, the reservation may expire and inventory may be released.

5. Prices and payments

Prices shown for a booking may depend on room type, weekday or weekend rates, number of nights, quantity of rooms, taxes, fees, offers and other applicable booking conditions. Review the final amount before payment.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. A booking is not considered paid solely because a payment attempt was started; the payment must be recorded as successful through the applicable payment flow.

6. Property rules and stay

Guests must comply with the property's check-in requirements, identification rules, occupancy limits, safety requirements and reasonable house rules. Facilities, amenities and special requests are subject to property availability and operational conditions.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable booking terms and the Chirala Resorts Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Submitting a cancellation request does not itself guarantee approval or a refund.

8. Property information

Property descriptions, images, amenities, room information, pricing and availability may be supplied or maintained by property owners or managers. Chirala Resorts may facilitate presentation and booking, but property operators remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for delivering the accommodation and services they confirm.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with booking or payment systems, submit fraudulent bookings, abuse promotional offers, scrape or reproduce protected site content unlawfully, or use another person's information without proper authority.

10. Service interruptions

Website, payment or communication services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, third-party service failures or events outside reasonable control. Where a booking is affected, contact support so the reservation and payment records can be reviewed.

11. Liability and responsibility

Chirala Resorts is responsible for operating its platform and booking-support functions with reasonable care. The property operator is responsible for the accommodation, on-site services and property-specific obligations. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Chirala Resorts Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the privacy terms of payment providers and other service providers involved in the transaction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform, booking process, property network or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
